This time is reserved for the public to address the Historic Preservation Commission regarding concerns or
comments they would like to provide to the Commission regarding any matter, up to and including any subject
on the agenda. Out of courtesy for all who wish to speak, the Commission requests each speaker limit their
comments to three(3)minutes.
4. INTRODUCTIONS: Councilwoman Melissa Gindlesperger, and Mayor's Youth
Advisory Council Member Nathan Jenson: Please welcome our new City Council liaison
Melissa Gindlesperger; and Mayor's Youth Advisory member Nathan Jenson.

Livestock& Cattle Co. for introduction of Eagle HPC
B. Brookside School House 22871 Ranchero Dr. Middleton,ID: Continue discussion of
plans for research and prospective outreach ideas for public feedback
C. Formation of Historic House Resource Guide for Homeowners. Follow-up discussion
of available vendors that have been located by commissioners for formation of a resource
guide
D. HPC Walking Tour brochures: Update on brochure and revisions.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Minutes of January 13, 2021
B. ACTION ITEM: Quonset Hut home 1901 N. Eagle Rd. Introduction of property for
possible future HPC research
C. ACTION ITEM. Tyler Hoon property 1861 Washam Rd. Introduction of property
D. ACTION ITEM: Eagle Fun Days July 9-10,2021 Discussion of ideas for an HPC booth at Eagle
Fun Days. Report of cost for a personalized tablecloth(Dunn)
