Resolution - 2016 - 16-04 - Fee Schedule For Recreation Programs - 01/12/2016RESOLUTION 16 -04 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR RECREATION PROGRAMS COORDINATED BY THE EAGLE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council desire to establish a fee to assist in offsetting the cost associated with recreation programs , these costs include, but are not limited to: staff time, merchant fees, promotional materials, instructor fees and facility maintenance costs;. WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for such fees has been published in The Valley Times and The Idaho Statesman on December 28, 1015 and January 4, 2016 as required by Idaho Code §63- 1311A; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows: Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby establishes a Recreation Program Fee Schedule (see Exhibit A) Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
