Moved by YZAGUIRRE and seconded by BLAIR to accept the tally as
presented. ALL AYE.' MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by BASTIAN and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to take legal action to
enforce the Eagle City Codes on violations of the Nuisance
Ordinance, Garbage and Rubbish, Parking and Storing of Certain
Vehicles and Health~ Standards.
Having no further bus~sS, the COuncil adjourned at 10,15 a.m.
