B. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the Approval of DR-18-21 — Common Area
Landscaping within Stags Crossing Subdivision — Urban Solutions, LLC: Urban Solutions,
LLC, represented by Steve Hart, is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping within Stags Crossing Subdivision. The 68.4-acre site is located on the south side of
West Beacon Light Road approximately 1,970-feet west of North Lanewood Road at 6391 West
Beacon Light Road.(BAW)
C. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the Approval of DR-19-21 — Two Subdivision
Entry Signs for Stags Crossing Subdivision — Urban Solutions, LLC: Urban Solutions, LLC,
represented by Steve Hart, is requesting design review approval for two subdivision entry signs for
Stags Crossing Subdivision. The 68.4-acre site is located on the south side of West Beacon Light
Road approximately 1,970-feet west of North Lanewood Road at 6391 West Beacon Light Road.

Construction, is requesting design review approval for a 6,782-square foot, two-story (1st Floor —
4,780-SF, 2'Floor—2,002-SF) personal service building for Renu Medispa. The 0.69-acre site is
located on the north side of East Riverside Drive approximately 375-feet west of East Shore Drive
at 600 East Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development (Lot 18, Block 3, Mixed Use
Subdivision No. 5). (BAW)
B. ACTION ITEM: DR-26-21 — Three Building Wall Signs for Renu Medispa — Tawni Weaver:
Tawni Weaver, represented by Virginia Cunningham with Golden West Signs, is requesting design
review approval for three building wall signs for Renu Medispa. The 0.69-acre site is located on
the north side of East Riverside Drive approximately 375-feet west of East Shore Drive at 600 East
Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development(Lot 18, Block 3, Mixed Use Subdivision No. 5).

(26-units)within Eastfield Subdivision (three—4,205-SF, three—4,231-SF, one— 3,958-SF, one—
3,971-SF, one — 6,210-SF, two— 3,665-SF, and one — 5,308-SF). The 4.58-acre site is located on
the northwest corner of East Hill Road and North Edgewood Lane at 200 North Edgewood Lane.
