The 68.4-acre site is located on the south side of West Beacon Light Road approximately 1,970-feet west of North Lanewood Road at 6391 West Beacon Light Road.(BAW) C. The 0.69-acre site is located on the north side of East Riverside Drive approximately 375-feet west of East Shore Drive at 600 East Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development (Lot 18, Block 3, Mixed Use Subdivision No. 5).
