A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO SECTION 1 -7 -4 OF THE EAGLE
CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT BY RESOLUTION OF FEES FOR LAND
USE PLANNING ACTIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance 714 adopted Chapter 11 of Eagle City Code and
established new Land Use Planning Actions not previously part of the Land Use Planning Fee;
WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance 747 amended Section 1 -7-4 of Eagle City code to
include a deposit and collection system for certain Land Use Planning Actions;
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution 15 -29 established a Fiscal Policy for Land Use Fees
establishing collection and enforcement procedures for the collection of Land Use Planning Fees;
WHEREAS, the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on fee increases that are in
excess of five percent (5 %) of the amount of the fee last collected and the decision to impose new fees
previously not collected by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amending and updating the fee schedule for land use
planning actions through this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That said schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, is
hereby approved;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for and on
behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on the IS1 day of March, 2016.

1: All applications are subject to ECC 1 -7 -4: any direct costs incurred by the City in obtaining a review of the application by
attorneys, architects, engineers or other professionals necessary to enable the City to approve or disapprove the application
shall be paid for by the applicant.
2: When using a DA in lieu of a PUD the PUD fees still apply.
3: Cash Payment in lieu of a Letter of Credit or Certificate of Deposit for surety does not require the $250.00 surety initiation
fee.
4: a) Zoning Permit is applied for at the time of building permit application; b) Zoning Permit is applied for as part of the
Home Occupation Permit and is required before issuance of a business license; c) Zoning Permit is required prior to the
submittal of a building permit or a business license.
5: A request for mediation is not guaranteed and must be agreed to by the City Council.
6: Engineers review includes up to 2 submittals and review of those submittals, additional reviews require an additional fee.
