SPECIAL MEETING
The Eagle City Council met in special session on October 6, 1992.
Mayor GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present:
KELLI BLAIR. Absent: TOM EASON
RICK YZAGUIRRE, STAN BASTIAN,
A special meeting was conducted by Eagle City Council in regards to
a request by Idaho Transportation Dept. for the City of Eagle to
accept the responsibility of repair and maintenance of State Street
crosswalks that are under construction as provided for with the
downtown development project.
Moved by BASTIAN and seconded by BLAIR
accept ~he responsibility as requested.
