SPECIAL MEETING
BUDGET NO~K~HOP

The Eagle City Council met in special session-budget workshop on
August 4, 1992. Mayor GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present:
STAN BASTIAN, KELLI BLAIR.
RICK YZAGUIRRE, THOMAS EASON,
The Council received staff workup sheets for the notice required
for Truth and Taxation, the General Fund Budget, the Library Budget
and an outline of a Water Budget/Enterprise Fund.
Discussion began with the General Fund Budget, and a balanced
figure of $411,116. The Tort Fund will remain separate from the
General Fund with a carry over figure of $10,000. The Library
figure will not be finalized until we receive the carry over amount
from the Library. The ICDBG Grant fund is $733,812, and the SBA
Tree Grant $10,000. The total General Fund Budget, is $1,190,728
The City will publish a truth and taxation notice. The funds will
be designated to capital funds, recreation and a part time police
officer.
The Water/Enterprise Budget was discussed at length. The total
budget was determined to be $3,070,300.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9545 p.m.
The meeting was reopened in order to make a motion to accept the
budget.
Moved by EASON and seconded by BLAIR to reopen the meeting. ALL
AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
