Appointment to the Animal Control Committee: In accordance with Resolution 14-19, Mayor Pierce is requesting Council confirmation of the appointments of Cheryl Bloom, Thomas Brengle, Sherry Jo Crandal, Julie Hernandez, and Bob Van Arnem to the Animal Control Committee.The members will be serving a two-year term that will expire on February 23,2023. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the Approval of DR-33-20—Multi-tenant Office (Business and Professional) Building —Eagle River, LLC: Eagle River, LLC, represented by Tom Bobo,is requesting design review approval to construct a 23,400-square foot two-story multi- tenant office building (1st Floor = 12,000-square feet and 2nd Floor = 11,400-square feet). The 1.48-acre site is located on the north side of East Riverside Drive approximately 865-feet east of South Palmetto Avenue within the Eagle River Development at 1100 East Riverside Drive(Mixed Use Subdivision No. 4 Lot 08,Block 03). The 5- acre site, consisting of two (2) parcels, is located on the south side of East Clearvue Drive approximately 845-feet east of North Meridian Road at 385 East Clearvue Drive. (MJW) 10.
