JANUARY 28,2021
The Design Review Board met in regular session Vice-Chairman Baer presiding
l. CALL TO ORDER calls the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m
2. ROLL CALL: The fo llowing members were present: BRASHER, SAYER, BAER,
GERMANO, DUPERAULT, LINDGREN. ABSENT: GRUBB. A quorum is
present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA:
t Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent
Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on
the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.
a Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the
City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda
approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.
A. Minutes of January 14,2021.
B. Findines of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the annroval of DR-33-20 - Multi-
tenant Office (Business and Professional) Buildins - Easle River. LLC: Eagle River,
LLC, represented by Tom Bobo, is requesting design review approval to construct a
23,40O-square foot two-story multi-tenant office building (1't Floor: 12,000-square feet
and 2nd Floor : 1 1,400-square feet). The 1.48-acre site is located on the north side of
East Riverside Drive approximately 865-feet east of South Palmetto Avenue within the
Eagle River Development at I100 East Riverside Drive (Mixed Use Subdivision No. 4
Lot 08, Block 03). (BAW)
C. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the approval of DR-34-20 - Master
Sisn Plan for a Multi-tenant Office (Business and Professional) Buildine - Eagle
River. LLC: Eagle River, LLC, represented by Joshua Hersel with Cushing Terrell, is
requesting design review approval of a master sign plan for a multi-tenant office
(business and professional) building. The 1.48-acre site is located on the north side of
East Riverside Drive approximately 865-feet east of South Palmetto Avenue within the
Eagle River Development at 1100 East Riverside Drive (Mixed Use Subdivision No. 4
Lot 08, Block 03). (BAW)
Sayer moves to approve the consent agenda as presented. Seconded by Brasher. ALL
AYE... MOTION CARRIES.
