SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 4, 1992
A special meeting was held at Eagle City Hall on May 4, 1992
regarding an application before the Public Utilities Commission for
Eagle Water Co., Inc. and Max A. Boesigner, Case No. EAG-E-92-1, on
the following:
1. Construction of an additional well;
2. Well construction hook-up fee surcharge;
3. Expansion of certificated area to include well side
Those members in attendance were: YZAGUIRRE, BASTIAN, BLAIR
Moved by BASTAIN and seconded by BLAIR that Ken Smith be authorized
to represent the City to intervene before the Idaho Public
utilities commission in regard to case No. EAG-W-92-1, to present
the concerns of the City. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion to adjourn by BASTIAN seconded by BLAIR.
