An agreement between the City of Eagle and Ann Marie Veloso. As allowed in the Personnel Manual, Ms. Veloso, with the approval of the Library Director, is seeking an advancement on tuition costs. FPUD-04-20 & FP-04-20 Final Development Plan and Final Plat for Molinari Park Subdivision No. 1 Eagle 26, LLC: Eagle 26, LLC, represented by Brian Liquin with Rennison Design, is requesting final development plan and final plat approvals for Molinari Park Subdivision No. 1, a 41-lot (34-buildable, 7-common), mixed use subdivision. The 5.18- acre site is located on the south side of East Plaza Drive approximately 300-feet east of the intersection of South 2nd Street and East Plaza Drive. FP-10-19 Final Plat for Bellemeade Subdivision Madera Development, Inc.: Madera Development, Inc., represented by Mary Wall with Breckon Land Design, is requesting final plat approval for Bellemeade Subdivision, an 80-lot (72-buildable, 8-common) residential subdivision. The 10.99-acre site is located on the north side of West Flint drive at the northeast corner of West Flint Drive and North Park Lane at 3850 West Flint Drive and 312 North Park Lane. (MJW) G. DR-52-20 Storage Facility (Enclosed Buildings and Canopies), including the Streetscape in front of an existing Single-Family Dwelling Rob Martin: Rob Martin, represented by Jeff Hatch with Hatch Design Architecture, is requesting design review approval to construct a storage facility with enclosed buildings totaling 102,888-square feet and canopies totaling 44,823-square feet, including the streetscape in front of an existing single-family dwelling. The 7.3-acre site is located on the south side of West State Street approximately 400-feet west of the intersection of South Payette Way and West State Street at 1601 West State Street. (BAW) H. DR-72-20 Common Area Landscaping within Rene Place Subdivision Sterling Land Development, Inc.: Sterling Land Development, Inc., represented by Kim Siegenthaler with Jensen Belts Associates, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within Rene Place Subdivision. The 18.51-acre site is located at the northeast corner of North Dicky Drive and North Rene Place at 500 North Rene Place. (ERG) I. DR-74-20 Office (Medical and Dental) Building within Hill Road Crossing Dr. Jacob Jarvis: Dr. Jacob Jarvis, represented by Jessica Petty with 12.15 Design, LLC, is requesting design review approval for a 4,000-square foot office (medical and dental) building. The 0.54- acre site is located on the southeast corner of East Hill Road and North Echohawk Lane at 60 North Echohawk Lane within Hill Road Crossing. (ERG) J. DR-75-20 Multi-tenant Office (Business and Professional) Building Highland Homes: Highland Homes, represented by Walter Lindgren with Lindgren: Labrie Architecture, is requesting design review approval for a 13,948-square foot two story office (business and professional) building (1st Floor = 7,418-SF, 2nd Floor = 6,530-SF) for Highland Homes. The 0.97-acre site is generally located south of East Shore Drive at 1015 South Bridgeway Place (Lot 24, Block 4, Mixed Use Subdivision No. 5) within Eagle River Development. (BAW) K. DR-76-20 Master Sign Plan for a Multi-tenant Office (Business and Professional) Building Highland Homes: Highland Homes, represented by Virginia Cunningham with Golden West Signs, is requesting design review approval for a master sign plan for a multi- tenant office (business and professional) building. The 0.97-acre site is generally located south of East Shore Drive at 1015 South Bridgeway Place (Lot 24, Block 4, Mixed Use Subdivision No. 5) within Eagle River Development. (BAW) L. Planning Support Services Agreement with Katherine Wright: An agreement between Katherine Wright and the City of Eagle for Planning support services in an amount not to exceed $10,000. (WEV) M. Parks and Recreation Independent Contract Instructor Agreement: Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for an independent contract instructor with Create and Learn to facilitate online computer coding classes for youth for the Parks and Recreation Department. ACTION ITEM: RZ-08-19 MOD Modification to the Lanewood North Development Agreement SCS Brighton, LLC: SCS Brighton, LLC, represented by Kody Daffer, is requesting a modification to the rezone development agreement associated with the approved Lanewood North Subdivision. The request is to allow for privacy fencing along the northern and southern subdivision border and provide a revised fencing exhibit to the development agreement. The 81.16-acre site is located between North Lanewood Road and North Linder Road approximately 1,100-feet south of the intersection of North Lanewood Road and West Beacon Light Road at 2810 North Lanewood Road and 2553 North Linder Road. ACTION ITEM: A-04-20/RZ-04-20/CU-02-20/PPUD-01-20/PP-02-20 Annexation, Rezone with Development Agreement, Conditional Use Permit, Preliminary Development Plan, and a Preliminary Plat for Stags Crossing Subdivision Urban Solutions, LLC: Urban Solutions, LLC., represented by Steve Hart, is requesting an annexation, rezone from RUT (Rural-Urban Transition Ada County designation) to R-2-DA-P (Residential with a development agreement PUD), conditional use permit, preliminary development plan, and preliminary plat approvals for Stags Crossing Subdivision, a 135-lot (113-buildable, 22-common) residential planned unit development. The 67-acre site is located on the south side of West Beacon Light Road approximately 2,000-feet west of North Lanewood Road. (MJW) C. ACTION ITEM: VAC-04-20 Vacation to the final plat of Aquila Village Subdivision City of Eagle: The City of Eagle is requesting to vacate the western 6-feet of the 12-foot subdivision boundary public utility easement located within Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Aquila Village Subdivision. The 2.049-acre site is located on the north side of East Civic Lane approximately 250-feet north of East State Street at 660 East Civic Lane. (BAW) 11. NEW BUSINESS: A. ACTION ITEM: 2022-2026 Integrated Five-Year Work Plan (IFYWP) Request: Review the -2026 recommendation Five-Year Work Plan. (NBS) B. ACTION ITEM: EXT-01-21 Final Plat Extension of Time for Park Lane Estates (FP-14-18) Oakmont Signature Homes, LLC: Oakmont Signature Homes, LLC, represented by Dan Thompson, is requesting an extension of time for the final development plan/final plat approval for Park Lane Estates Subdivision, a 23-lot (18-buildable, 5-common) residential planned unit development. The 11.23-acre site is located on the southeast corner of West Beacon Light Road and North Park Lane at 2686 North Park Lane. (MJW) C.
