Resolution - 2021 - 21-01 - Republic Service Fee Schedule - 01/12/2021 RESOLUTION No. 21-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING REPUBLIC SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO THE SOLID WASTE CONTRACT RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES AS STATED IN SECTION 4.2 A. "CUSTOMER RATES — ESTABLISHMENT" AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS the proposed increase is less than 5%; and WHEREAS, Section 4.2A"Customer Rates—Establishment"of the Solid Waste Contract between the City of Eagle and Allied Waste Services provides for fee adjustments according to the current Consumer Price Index ("CPP'); and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO: Section 1: That an annual rate adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index(CPI) in the amount of not more than 1.182% be added to the current amount billed per Republic Services Customer. The new rate schedule is attached as Exhibit A. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force nun pro tunc January 1, 2021. ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle Idaho.
