This Task Order is issued by the City and accepted by the Consultant pursuant to the mutual
promises, covenants and conditions contained in the Agreement between the above named parties
dated January 20, 2009.
BACKGROUND
The City of Eagle has an approved and executed MASTER CONSULTING SERVICES
AGREEMENT with Environmental Conservation Services for Wildlife Habitat and Mitigation Plan
Review. This Task Order presents the scope of services, schedule, and compensation for
professional review, consultations, and recommendation on the Isla del Rio Habitat Report.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
CONSULTANT shall review the Isla del Rio Habitat Report and provide the City a
recommendation on the completeness of the review and any potential issues of concern as the City
considers the inclusion of the property into the City's comprehensive plan and the potential
development of the site including, but not limited to, annexation, rezone, development agreement
and preliminary plat and planned unit development. The consultant shall review the Habitat Report
and associated applications in order to recommend to the City approval or conditional approval of
the requested applications.
SCHEDULE
The initial timeline for review is 14 calendar days after approval of this task order.
COMPENSATION
CONSULTANT shall submit its standard monthly invoices describing the Services performed and
expenses incurred during the preceding month. All rates above are consistent with the Master
Consulting Services Agreement and will be billed hourly, will be paid by the City, and will be
submitted for reimbursement by the applicant pursuant to ECC 1-7-4.
Senior Level Ecologist $85/hour
Senior Level GIS $75/hour
Mid-level Biologist $65/hour
Administrative $45/hour
Reimbursable expenses plus 1%

EFFECTIVE DATE
This Task Order No. 15-01 is effective as of the 14th day of April, 2015.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, duly authorized representatives of the City and of the Consultant have
executed this Task Order No. 15-01 evidencing its issuance by City and acceptance by Consultant.
