A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, AMENDING RESOLUTION 14 -29 BY AMENDING THE SUNSET DATE OF THE
STAKEHOLDERS COMMITTEE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City "), is a municipal
corporation duly organized and operating under the laws of the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, on September 26, 2014, the City Council of the City of Eagle approved
Resolution 14 -22 establishing the Stakeholders Committee ( "Committee ") to provide the Mayor
and City Council advice on the evaluation of Eagle Road/State Street intersection alternatives
and recommendations on the most preferred intersection alternative(s).
WHEREAS, on December 16, 2014, the City Council of the City of Eagle approved
Resolution 14 -29 establishing that the term of the Committee shall not extend past June 30, 2015
unless such time frame is extended by amendment approved by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1 That, in no event will the term of the Committee extent past October 31, 2015
unless such timeframe is extended by amendment approved by the City Council. All other
provisions of Resolution 14 -22 shall remain the same.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.
