June 10, 2015
WHEREAS, Lou McMullen is a volunteer for the Eagle Public Library and an
outstanding team member; and
WHEREAS, she serves her community with honor and distinction by example; and
WHEREAS, she is reliable, an excellent worker, and all- around joy;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, James D. Reynolds, Mayor of the City of Eagle,
do hereby proclaim June 10, 2015 as
LOU MCMULLEN DAY
in the City of Eagle.
FURTHER, I urge all citizens to follow Lou's example and to thank
the volunteers in our community.
