3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. The purpose of this informational pre-meeting is for the Ada County Highway District
(ACHD) to provide an ACHD Impact Fees 101 tutorial to City of Eagle officials.
Additionally, ACHD and City of Eagle representatives will have a pre-discussion and
Question & Answer session regarding ACHD impact fee-related policy decisions. This is
strictly an informational pre-meeting. No decisions will be made during this pre-meeting.

*NOTE: Meeting will not be live streamed or archived on the City of Eagle’s website, as meeting is being
held at a location other than Eagle City Hall.
