A. Budget Work Sessions: Establishing dates for annual budget development work sessions.
B. City Comprehensive Plan Review Committee: Selection of a member of the Eagle
Library Board to represent the Board on the Eagle Comprehensive Plan Review
Committee. The purpose of the committee is to review the existing plan and outreach
with citizens and property owners to establish a list of potential issues and concerns to be
considered for inclusion in a potential re-write of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
C. Board of Trustees Vacancy: Posting of vacancy.
8. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Children’s Internet Protection Policy: Annual policy review of Library’s Children’s
Internet Protection Policy.
B. Internet Access and Internet Safety Enforcement Policy: Annual policy review of
Library’s Internet Access and Internet Safety Enforcement Policy.
C. Internet and Online Access Policy: Annual policy review of Library’s Internet and
Online Access Policy.
D. Unattended Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy: Seeking approval of policy.
E. Sponsorship Policy: Seeking approval of policy.
F. Signage: Seeking approval for up to $3,200 for design work for signage for Library
interior.
