A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, TO PERMIT AND GUIDE THE
PLACEMENT OF RECYCLING BINS WITHIN THE COMMINITY FOR THE EAGLE
LIONS CLUB;AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Eagle Lions Club is a nonprofit organization and desires to place
recycling bins in the community to raise funds for humanitarian efforts; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" attached hereto shows the location for placement of the
recycling bin; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit `B" attached hereto is a pictorial representation of a recycling
bin; and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council of the City of Eagle support the charitable
efforts of the Eagle Lions Club.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: The Eagle Lions Club is permitted to place one recycling bin at the location
identified on Exhibit"A".
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
Section 3: The provisions of this resolution are hereby declared to be severable and if any
provision of this act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is
declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of remaining
portions of this resolution.
