7. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Employee and Volunteer Dress Standards Policy: Annual policy review of Library’s
Employee and Volunteer Dress Standards Policy.
B. Distribution of Free Printed Materials Policy: Annual policy review of Library’s Hours
of Operation Policy.
C. Budget Work Sessions: Establishing dates for annual budget development work sessions.
D. City Comprehensive Plan Review Committee – Selection of a member of the Eagle
Arts Commission to represent the Commission on the Eagle Comprehensive Plan Review
Committee. The purpose of the committee is to review the existing plan and outreach
with citizens and property owners to establish a list of potential issues and concerns to be
considered for inclusion in a potential re-write of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
