Construction or work under this permit shall be subject to inspection
by the Eagle Building Department and such construction or work shall
remain accessible and exposed for inspection purposes until approved.
Approval as a result of an inspection shall not be construed to be an
approval of a violation of the provisions of this code or of other ordi-
nances of the jurisdiction.
FOOTING INSPECTION: To be made after trenches are excavated
and the necessary forms erected.
FRAME INSPECTION: To be made after roof, all framing, fire -
blocking and bracing is in place and all pipes, chimneys and vents
are complete and all Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical rough
inspections have passed.
FINAL INSPECTION when all work is completed.
MINIMUM NOTICE REQUIREMENTS:
FOOTING INSPECTION = 3 HOURS
FRAMING INSPECTION = 24 HOURS
ENERGY CONSERVATION = 24 HOURS
