EAGLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING
FEBRUARY 12 L199l
The Eagle City council met in regular session on February 12,
1991. Mayor GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present:
WALKER, RICK YZAGUIRRE, TOM MINOW.
Moved by YZAGUIRRE and seconded by HAMMONS to approve the minutes
of the January 22, 1991 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
STEVE HAMMONS, GARY
MACE MEADOWS CREEK-pre application for annexation. presentation
by Don Hubble, Engineer fo~ the,project. The proposal is for
single family dwelling lots, ~'conceptual plan which calls
for approximately 5~ lots, 9,¡~ensity of approximately 3.3 per
acre. The property was anne~eà py the Sewer District on Feb. 11,
1991 subject to being able to de~elop a design to get to the
set1age from the property tcii the.,seffer plant. The proposal is to
use a community water system,' tnere are proposals with Boise
w,e.ter corp. with access oM,' F;ag-Ie ad. The lots average 75 to 80
f,t width and over 100 f'i;. "~~:ep, a total of 180 acres. The
dévelopers are requesting ~rin~xation and appropriate zoning to
the City of Eagle. There,wa!> no motion by council, but they
advised the developer to conti'nue the request through the public
hearing process.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 89-32-PDR/NAHAS: A request for a one year
extension on the final plat. Moved by MINOW and seconded by
WALKER to approve the reque~t for an extension. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-90-LLA/COX: A request for a 25 ft. lot
line adjustment. Moved by MINOW and second by HAMMONS to approve
the transmittal as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ORDINANCES-RESOLUTIONS:
RESOLUTION 5-91, A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE TROOPS IN THE
MIDDLE EAST. Moved by MINOW and seconded by HAMMONS to approve
the resolution as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ORDINANCE #180, AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE RESIDENTIAL ENERGY
STANDARDS. Moved by WALKER and seconded by HAMMONS to dispense
with the three day ruling and ",to con,si,,%I' OL"li,narice #180 at this
time. ALL AYE: MOTION cARRIEI- 11""" I \'i n:n and seconded by
HAMMONS to adopt the Ordinan- 1,1 ,'\L,L AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.

Report o~ Local option tax in the Legislature
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Reports given on the Gem Community program,
Greenbelt, and Horizons Task Force. Discussion took place
regarding amending the Eagle City Code 1-7-4, the fee schedule
for the next meeting.
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY: Moved by WALKER and seconded by HAMMONS
to approve the claims as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:15
