Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the approval of DR-18-20 — Common Area Landscanine within Molinari Park Subdivision — Eagle 26, LLC: Eagle 26, LLC, represented by Brian Liquin with Rennison Design, Inc., is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within Molinari Park Subdivision. The 23.06-acre site is located on the south side of East Plaza Drive approximately 300-feet east of the intersection of South 2nd Street and East Plaza Drive. (DCL) C. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the denial of DR-53-20 — Subdivision Entry Monument Sign for Molinari Park Subdivision — Eagle 26, LLC: Eagle 26, LLC, represented by Virginia Cunningham with Golden West Signs, is requesting design review approval of a subdivision entry monument sign for Molinari Park Subdivision. ACTION ITEM: DR-61-20 — Multi -tenant Retail/Office Building within Piccadilly Village Subdivision — Joyously, LLC: Joyously, LLC, represented by Jeff Hatch with Hatch Design Architecture, is requesting design review approval to construct a 5,964-square foot multi - tenant retail/office building. The 0.60-acre site is located on the southwest corner of North Echohawk Lane and East Hill Road at 57 North Echohawk Lane within Piccadilly Village Subdivision (Lot 12, Block 1). (DCL) E. ACTION ITEM: DR-57-20 — Senior Living Facility for Willow Run Retirement Community — Cameron General Contractors, Inc.: Cameron General Contractors, Inc., represented by Charles Baverman with Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, is requesting design review approval for a 180,338-square foot, three-story, 130-unit senior living facility for Willow Run Retirement Community. The 10.44-acre site is located on the east side of North Linder Road approximately 90-feet south of West Temple Drive at 6910 and 6940 North Linder Road. (ERG) F. ACTION ITEM: DR-58-20 — Monument Sign for Willow Run Retirement Community — Cameron General Contractors, Inc.: Cameron General Contractors, Inc., represented by Charles E.
