A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, AMENDING RESOLUTION 14-22 BY AMENDING THE SUNSET DATE OF THE
STAKEHOLDERS COMMITTEE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is a municipal
corporation duly organized and operating under the laws of the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, on September 26, 2014, the City Council of the City of Eagle approved
Resolution 14-22 establishing the Stakeholders Committee ("Committee") to provide the Mayor
and City Council advice on the evaluation of Eagle Road/State Street intersection alternatives
and recommendations on the most preferred intersection alternative(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1 That, in no event will the term of the Committee extent past June 30, 2015,
unless such timeframe is extended by amendment approved by the City Council. All other
provisions of Resolution 14-22 shall remain the same.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.
