1. CALL TO ORDER: 12:06 pm
2. ROLL CALL: HYER present, THAEMERT present, SOELBERG absent, MORTENSEN present, LEWIS present
3. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGENDA
4. NEW BUSINESS
ACTION ITEM: Reopening plan modification.
• Hyer moves to approve changing the library hours and changing the building access to appointments
effective August 4, 2020. Further information pending legal counsel regarding mask requirement. If
masks cannot be mandated, then the library will stop accepting appointments
• Lewis seconds.
• Unanimously approved
5. PUBLIC COMMENT: This time is reserved for the public to address the Eagle Public Library Board of Trustees regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the Board regarding subjects not on the agenda. This is not the time
slot to give formal testimony on a new business item or pending application or proposal.
