This time is reserved for the public to address their elected officials regarding concerns or comments they would like to provide to the City Council regarding subjects not on the agenda. At times, the City Council may seek comments/opinions regarding specific City matters during this allotted time. This is not the time slot to give formal testimony on a public hearing matter, land use application, or comment on a pending application or proposal. ACTION ITEM: Animal Control Committee Presentation: Members of the Animal Control Committee will present to the City Council their recommendation for Animal Control Services for Fiscal Year 20-21. B. Work Session ZOA-02-20 — Zoning Ordinance Amendment (Ordinance 827) — City of Eagle: A work session for the City Council to discuss Ordinance 827. B1. ACTION ITEM: Ordinance 827: An ordinance of the City of Eagle, Ada County Idaho, amending Title 8 "Zoning", Chapters 1, 2 & Article 2A, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, and amending Title 9 "Land Subdivisions", Chapters 2, 4; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date. 8. NEW BUSINESS: A. ACTION ITEM: Bureau of Land Management Lands Concept Planning Group: The City Council will discuss the recommendation from the Parks, Pathways, and Recreation Commission to create a Bureau of Land Management Lands Concept Planning Group. 9.
