A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR RECREATION PROGRAMS COORDINATED BY THE EAGLE PARKS AND
RECREACTION DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desire to establish a fee to assist in offsetting the cost
associated with recreation programs , these costs include, but are not limited to: staff time,
merchant fees, promotional materials, instructor fees and facility maintenance costs;.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for such fees has been published in The
Valley Times as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby establishes a Recreation Program Fee Schedule
(see Exhibit A)
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho, this

COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2014 at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane,
Eagle, Idaho for proposed new fees to cover the cost of Recreation Programs. The proposed fees are as
