The Eagle City Council met in ~egular session on August 14, 1990.
Mayor Guerber presiding.
The following members were present.'
YZAGUIRRE, TOM MINOW AND GARY WALKER.
STEVE HAMMONS, RICK
Moved by HAMMONS and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to approve the minutes
of the July 24, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MINOW to table the Unfinished
Business until the arrival of the City Attorney later in the
meeting. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
ASBURY PARK SUBDIVISION: Informal discussion presented by David
H. Roylance, Engineer for the project regarding a private road to
maximize the number of lots.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL: 90-15-PR/C.V. RUTLEDGE/PRIVATE STREET
Moved by MINOW seconded by YZAGUIREE to approve the transmittal.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
PUC-EAGLE WATER COMPANY: Ownership of Eagle Water Companys' well
site. Stated by Mr. Deshazo that papers of ownership have been
filed for three years, and the PUC recinded the order August 15,
at 2:00 p.m.
APPOINTMENTS: PLANNING AND ZONING
Mayors recomendation for member within the Eagle City Limits,
Larry Cadwell. Moved by HAM_MONS and seconded by MINOW to approve
the appointment of Larry Cadwell to Planning and Zoning Committee
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Mayors recomendation for member in the of Impact, Kathryn McPete.
Moved by MINOW and seconded by WALKER to appoint Kathryn McPete
to the Planning and Zoning Committee. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Discussion on the southwest corner of O.K. Park, decision to sale
or lease the property to A1 Courtial, or do some additional work
on that section of the park, such as leveling and start mowing.
Moved by MINOW and seconded by WALKER to approve the claims
against the City. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.

Ordinance 166 Electrical and 167 Plumbing
Public Testimony:

Lyons Plumbing
Request for the head of the State Plumbing and Electrical
Inspector to be at the next Council meeting for the third reading
of the Electrical and Plumbing Ordinances.
Carried out the second reading of Ordinances 166 and 167
Request
The most important part of these ordinances is the ability to
protect our citizens.

FINDING OF FACTS & CONCLUSIONS OF LAW/HIGHWAY 55 ANNEXATION
Moved by MINOW and seconded by WALKER to approve the findings
conclusions as presented. ALL AYE= MOTION CARRIED
