The Eagle City Council met in regular session on June 12,
Mayor GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present.. GARY WALKER,
YZAGUIRRE, TOM MINOW. Absent.. STEVE HAMMONS

PUBLIC HEARING/Eagle Ranch #6
Mayor GUERBER announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on Eagle Ranch #6, dba Carson Manor.
Applicant: Harley Carson
Location.. Lot 2, Block 8, Eagle Ranch Sub 4-A
Proposal.. re-subdivide from Muli-family dwelling lots to 4
single family dwelling lots, 2 of which are flag lots.
Public Testimony: Stan McHutchinson (Engineer for the project)
Harley Carson (developer)
No testimony in opposition.
Public hearing closed at 7:45 p.m.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MINOW to approve as submitted.

PUBLIC HEARING/CUP-Harlen Jenson for Beer and Wine Permit
Mayor GUERBER announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit in order to sell
Beer and Wine in a Bar included in the restaurant, Our Family
Cafe.
Applicant.. Harlen Jensen
Location~ 650 E. State St., Eagle
Proposal: to include the sale of beer and wine in the bar
in the restaurant

Moved by MINOW and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to approve the
application as submitted and provide a beer and wine license to
the establishment. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
RECREATION: Presentation by Dave Grindstaff, Eagle Recreation
Director regardin~ the summer programs set to go out to the
public by flyer, this week.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-24-PDR/Pope: Presentation by Mr. Pope
regarding his subdivision proposal in the Eagle impact area.
Moved by YZAGUIRRE and seconded by WALKER to approve the
transmittal as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/Eagle Ranch 4A: Moved by
MINOW and seconded by WALKER to approve the findings and
conclusions as presented. ALL AYE~ MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT/PLANNED COMMUNITIES:
Moved by MINOW and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to approve as presented.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ORDINANCES-RESOLUTIONS:
Moved by MINOW and seconded by WALKER to amend the area 7 zoning
in the annexation from C1 to C2. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MINOW to dispense with the three
day ruling and to consider Ordinance #165 at this time. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MINOW to adopt Ordinance #165
Title: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO AND CONTIGUOUS TO
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO; ESTABLISHING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SAID REAL PROPERTY DIRECTING THAT
COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE BE FILED AS PROVIDED BY LAW; AND
PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by MINOW and seconded by WALKER to allow Eagle Hills East,
an area just annexed, to retain the set backs within the
subdivision that are now in existence, 5 ft. side setbacks, 20
ft. front and 15 ft. rear, by means of a pre-existing right.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
MAYOR'S REPORT: Eagle Fun Days were a success, the fireworks
being an added bonus that will be include in the program next
year.
LIBRARY: We have received 3 bids on the sewer work that needs to
be done at the Library. Moved by MINOW and seconded by WALKER to
accept the bid from Lyons Plumbing, in Eagle. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY: Moved by WALKER and seconded by
YZAGUIRRE to approve the claims as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
