The following members were present: STEVE HAMMONS, GARY
WALKER, RICK YZAGUIRRE, TOM MINOW.
Moved by MINOW and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to approve the minutes
of the May 8, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
AIR QUALITY BOARD REPORT/ Ron Marshall
The board discussed the possibility of changing the notice
procedures for emission notices through the mail. The procedure
now calls for 3 notices and certified notices prior to court
summons. Claire Bowman has been appointed to administrate the
staff.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-70-PR/BRIDGEWATER: A private Rd. to
access the south portion of Lot 11 of Compton Andrews Tract.
Moved by WALKER seconded by MINOW to DENY the application based
on the fact that this is a private Rd, which is prohibited in the
City of Eagle ordinances, and recommend this not be approved
unless it was made a county road from Linder Rd. accessing all
the of the lots with a culdasac at the end. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-23-PDR/CONNOLLY: A four lot
subdivision. Moved by MINOW and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to DENY
the application as submitted based on the inability to provide
adequate access to the lots as plated on the proposed
subdivision. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-31-CU/MIDWESTERN CONTRACTORS, DBA
MARCUM GRAVEL. Moved by WALKER and seconded by MINOW to defer
this transmittal until the council meeting June 12th, as this
property is in the proposed annexable areas.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-32-CU/G.O. RANCHES, INC. : A
conditional use for a riding arena and related facilities,
parking lot and concession stand. Moved by MINOW and seconded by
WALKER to approve the application as presented. ALL AYE.' MOTION
CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT-VACATION of easement in Twilight
Strip Subdivision. Moved by MINOW and seconded by YZAGUIRRE to
approve the proposal as submitted.
