TERMINATION OF JOINT COLLECTIVE PARKING AGREEMENT FOR 93 S.
EAGLE ROAD
This AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), made and entered into on the date indicated
herein, by and between HRPG, Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "HRPG", Carol Swig, and the
City of Eagle, a municipal corporation in the State of Idaho, by and through its Mayor James
D. Reynolds.
WHEREAS, on July 30, 2014, Carol Swig agreed, in writing, to terminate the Joint
Collective Parking Agreement for 93 S. Eagle Road (Exhibit A);
WHEREAS, on July 30, 2014, HRPG agreed, in writing, to terminate the Joint
Collective Parking Agreement for 93 S. Eagle Road (Exhibit B);
WHEREAS, on August 26, 2014, the Eagle City Council unanimously voted to
terminate the Joint Collective Parking Agreement for 93 S. Eagle Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises herein contained and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged,the parties agree as follows:
ARTICLE I
CONDITIONS
1.1 Termination of Agreement. The Joint Collective Parking Agreement for 93 S. Eagle
Road recorded as Instrument#112016300 is hereby terminated.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed the termination of the Joint Collective
