BUDGET WORKSHOP
AUGUST 22, 1989
The Eagle City Council met in special session on August 22, 1989.
Council President MINOW presiding in Mayor GUERBER'S absence.
The following members were present: TOM MINOW, GARY WALKER
STEVE MATLOCK.
Chris Gaston, President of the ~agle Library Board, presented the
library budget and a proposal for library fees for Ada County
residents in the amount of $25.00, an annual fee, to be
considered by Council. It was determined that the proposal for
fees would be included in the agenda for Council meeting on
August 29th.
BUDGET DISCUSSION:
The proposed budget was reviewed and the following changes were
established:
Building Inspection Fees
Library Expenditures
Fund Balance to remain at
$13,250 from $12,000
29,534 from 28,284
5,000
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MATLOCK to accept the tentative
budget with the proposed changes and to instruct the City Clerk
to publish at this time.
Moved by MATLOCK and seconded by WALKER to adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
