The benchmark used for this elevation is from a previous benchmark used at 724 S. Brentbrook Lane Lot 106 Block 1, Mace River
Ranch Subdivision No. 4, Parcel No. R5421230640, from the Boise River Flood Plain Study, Performed by Towill Inc., and approved by
USGS and verified with existing control from previous elevation certificates in the area. The elevation shown in section C2e. is the
elevation of the air condition pad servicing the building. Also, TBM elevation of 2573.10 was used on found construction control point,
being a scribed "x" in the center of the lot in concrete sidewalk. Control was also found for existing construction for Williamson River
Ranch Subdivision No.1 and verified to be on the NAVD88 Vertical Datum.
