6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Cell Tower Presentation: Idahoans for Safe Technology will present before the
City Council about RF pulse-modulated microwave radiation hazards from cell towers.
B. ACTION ITEM: FEMA COVID-19 Funding Assistance: A request for the City Council to
allow the Mayor to enter into a contract with Ed Sloan to work with FEMA to get COVID-19
relief funds for the City.
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Update on City Initiated Application CPA-02-19: Eagle Foothills
Comprehensive Plan: Discussion on the hearing timeline for the City initiated application: CPA-
02-19 – Eagle Foothills Comprehensive Plan. (NBS) This item was last heard at the June 9,2020
meeting.
B. FY 2021- FY 2025 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN WORKSHOP: Workshop on the FY
2021-2025 Capital Improvements Planning process, review of the capital projects request list and
Draft FY 2020-2021 Capital Budget.
