RESOLUTION NO. 20-04
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PLANNING FEE AND DEPOSIT SCHEDULE (A
SUBSET OF THE CITY OF EAGLE COMBINED FEE SCHEDULE) IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EAGLE CITY CODE SECTION 1-7-4 TO UPDATE THE ENGINEERING FEES
CHARGED FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for fees has been published in the Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on fee increases that
are in excess of five percent(5%) of the amount of the fee last collected;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Eagle Combined Fee Schedule to collect sufficient engineering review fees so that the cost of
development review is borne by the applicant and not the general taxpayer of the City of Eagle;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the Planning Fee and Deposit Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved with text shown with underline to be added
and text shown with strike-through to be deleted;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho, this J6- day of May, 2020.

application by attorneys,architects,engineers or other professionals necessary to enable the City to approve or
disapprove the application shall be paid for by the applicant.

3: Cash Payment in lieu of a Letter of Credit or Certificate of Deposit for surety does not require the$250.00 surety
initiation fee.
