CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
OCTOBER 26, 1982
The council met in regular session on Tuesday, October
at the Eagle City Hall at 7:30 P. M.
Mayor Jerry Deckard presiding.

Roll call showed the following members present:
HALEY.
DECKER, STOPPELLO,
Moved by DECKER and seconded by HALEY to approve the minutes
the previous meeting of October 5, 1982 as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, STOPPELLO.
Motion carried.

Moved by DECKER and seconded by STOPPELLO to approve Design
Review Application 6-82 for Ron Marshall.
Application approval includes putting channel rustic cedar in
a horizontal pattern on the front of the Fabco building and
paint the building in two colors of gray. A new FABCO sign
on the facade and a new FABCO sign on the corner shingle size
under Eagle Business Center Sign. Phase 2 and 3 to be reviewed
by Design Review Committee and council before completion.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, STOPPELLO,
WALKER.
Motion carried.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by WALKER to approve Design
Review Application 5-82 for Goechnour for the SW corner of
State Street and Eagle Road.

Application approval includes the painting of the building in
two shades of brown and installing a planter with a business
sign to be placed on the corner with a low ~i~ouette so traffic
can see over it and lighted.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, STOPPELLO,
WALKER.
Motion carried.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by WALKER to approve Design Review
Application 4-82 for NEW IMAGE sign.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, STOPPELLO,
WALKER.

ordinance, page 12, section 5, paragraph C. as follows: insert
45 days after "following the public hearing."
