OOUNCIL MINUIES
MAY 25, 1982
The council met in regular session on Tuesday, May 25,
Mayor Jerry Deckard presiding.

Roll call showed the following members present:
DECKER, HALEY, S~IDPP~r.rO.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by STOPPFLrO that the minutes of
May 11, 1982 be approved as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: YEAS: DECKER, HALEY, STOPPFLTO.
Motion carried.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by STOPPk~.rO to adopt P~solution
No. 4-82 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A DESIGN REVIEW APPLICATION
AND ESTABLISHING A PBOCEDURE FOR THE POSTING OF A PERFORMANCE BOND
BY DESIGN REV~.W APPLICANTS AND PROVIDING AN km'~'bCTIVE DATE.
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: YEAS: DECKER, HALEY,
STOPPk"r .r 0.
Motion carried.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by STOPPFr.rO to approve the mayor's
appointment of Norm Rusk to the planning and zoning cc~mission. He
will fulfill the term of Chester Brownlee which expires 7/83.
Motion resulted as follows: YEAS: ~, HALEY, STOPPFLrO.

Mayor Deckard announced that this was the time and the place for
a public hearing o~ an Idaho C~nity Development Block Grant in the
amount of $542,000.00 to build a new civic center.
Jim Gibson, Eagle, Idaho, spoke in fa~)r of the grant application.
There being no further testimony to come befor~ the council, the
public hearing was declared closed.
There being no f~ther business ~o come before the council, the
meeting was adjourned. ~ ~
