The regular meeting of the Eagle City Coumcil was called to order
by Mayor Deckard on February 9, 1982 at 7:30 P. M. at the Eagle
City Hall.
Members present: DECEER, HALEY, STOPP~TIO, ~(ER.
Moved by DECEER and seconded by WALKER that the minutes of the
previous meeting of JaD11~ry 26, 1982 be approved as printed.
Motic~ resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, STOPP~.TO, WALKER.
Motion carried.
Moved by STOPP~.~O and seconded by DECKER to notify Pepsi Cola Company
and the owners of the individl~l stores which are not in conformance
concerning signs that we feel that any change to their signs would
be 1. not in conformance with our ordinances and 2. any proposed
change calls for the sign to c~ne before the Design Review Board
and meet our present regulations.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, STOPP~.rO, WkLKER.
Motion carried.
Moved by DECKER end seconded by STOPPWIIO that the flood plain ordinance
be returned to the planning and zoning c~,u.~ssion for the purpose of
reviewing all the rec~¥,.~ndations frc~ the city attorney and sulmuitting
to the city council definite recoranendations on points made by the
city attorney.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, S%OPPk~.TO, WALKER.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by HALEY that the subdivision ordinance
be returned to the planning and zoning con~ission for their clear
reconmemdations on the ordinance including the ~te made by the
city attorney.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: E~CKER, HALEY, STOPP~.TO, WALKER.
Motion carried.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by WALKER to fix a price of $20.00 on the
wood file cabinets previously in use in the library.
Rell call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY,

not previously placed on the agenda.
Boll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY,

Moved by STOPPF~.?n and seconded by HALEY to approve the following
appointments of the mayor for planning and zoning con~nission:
1. David Escalante - City of Eagle - 2 year term
2. Ida Smithson - City of Eagle - 3 year term
3. Bessie Marshall - Area of Impact - 3 year term
4. Harry Vogt - Area of Impact - 1 year term
5. Ted Arnold - Area of Impact - 1 year term
6. Dan Bradshaw - Area of Impact - 3 year term
7. Richard Beylan - Area of Impact - 2 year term
8. Betsy Langley - City of Eagle - Ex officio
9. winifred C2~3ney - City of Eagle - Ex officio
Poll call on the motion resulted as follows:

the city for the month of January.
