A special meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order
at 6:40 P. M. on December 15, 1981 by Mayor Deckard at the
Eagle City Hall.
Members present: DECKER, HALEY, PEA~MAN. KRASEN was excused.
~bved by DECKER and seconded by HALEY that the following
beer and wine licenses for the City of Eagle for 1982 be
issued:
Larry Leach dba Eagle M~rket - beer and wine bottled or canned.
Richard Yzarguirre dba Eagle Beverage - beer and wine bottled or canned.
Trimble Oil Cc~pany ~a Savway Dairy Farmer beer and wine - botttled
or canned.
Frank J. Herrick & Jean Jordan dba Jimbo's Cafe, beer, on premise
consumption.
Jerald R. Anderson & Sharon A. Anderson, dba Eagle Bank Club -
sale of beer and wine to be consumed on pre~nise.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECI{ER, HALEY, PEA~MAN. Motion
carried.
