The regular meeting of the Eagle City Coumcil was called to order on
November 24, 1981 at 7:30 P. M. by Mayor Deckard at the Eagle City
Hall.
Members present: DECKER, HALEY, KRAS~N, PEA~MAN.
Moved by KRAS~N and seconded by HALEY that the minutes of the previous
meeting of November 4, 1981 be approved as printed. Motion resulted
as follows: AYE: EF32%{ER, HALEY, KRAS~I~, P~. Motion carried.
Design P~view - 8-81 - Eagle Hotel
Moved by KllASEN and seconded by HALEY that this council has used
Ordinance #55 in reviewing Design Review Application #8-81. This
council approves the minutes and findings of the Design Review
Board and I move that application #8-81 be approved for the items
indicated in the Design Review Board Minutes.

Motion carried.
The council discussed the Eagle Freeway Interchange.
The council discussed the ad-hoc con~ittee on annexation.

Moved by KllAS~N and seconded by PEAt~iAN that we grant this request
for extension of the Conditional Use Pezmit for one year to
Cliff Stephenson.
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY,
KPASEN, PEAt~4AN. Motion carried.
Mayor Deckard told the council that Covernor Evans will be in Eagle on
December 18, 1981 from 5 - 6 P. M. for his Capitol for a Day Program.
There being no further business to co~n~-3s~fore the council, the meeting
