The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council was called to order
on March 10, 1981 at 7:30 P. M. by Mayor Deckard at the Eagle
City Hall.
Members present: DECKER, HALEY, KRASEN, PEARMAN.
Moved by KRASEN and seconded by DECKER to approve the minutes of
the previous meeting as print~dv~
Motion resulted as follows.' ~D'~KER, HALEY, KRASEN, PEARMAN.
Motion carried.
A representative of JACKSON, MESSURI & BATES presented the council
with an audit report for the year ended September 30, 1980.
Councilman KRASEN presented the council with a summary of the proposals
received to update the Eagle Comprehensive Plan.
Mayor Deckard appointed Krasen to chair a co~ittee of Decker and
Sharp to review the proposals and respond to the council at an
appropriate time.
Moved by KRASEN and seconded by PEARMAN to approve Design Review
Application #2-81 submitted by Ron Marshall, that the approval be
for the front of the building only, that the materials on the
application be used and that the colors be brush with a spice
tone trim.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, KRASEN, PEARMAN.
Motion carried.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by DECKER to adopt Resolution #4-81
"A RESOLUTION PROPOSING DEVELOPMENT OF THE HILLSIDE PARK WITHIN
THE CITY OF EAGLE, FUNDING OF THE PROJECT AND LETTING OF BID TO
PROCEED WITH DEVELOPMENT."
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, KRASEN,
PEARMAN. Motion carried.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by KRASEN to approve the bills for
February.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: DECKER, HALEY, KRASEN, PEARMAN.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to ~ore the counc_~l, the
meeting was adjourned.
