Regular Meeting May 2, 1971
The monthly meeting of the Eagle city Council was called
to order by Mayor otis Young at 7:30PM, May 2, 1971 in the
Eagle Fire Station. Present were Councilmen Le Roy Pearman,
~~tlt~ttt~¡lwt~~ Roy Cullin, Elmer Bacus, J. Marvin Adams.
Minutes of the April meetings were read and approved.
Reports made were Finance, Elmer Bacus, in regard to
bank applications for the city checking accounting signa-
tures; Ordinances, Mayor Otis Young.
A motion was made and passed to form a resolution
to certify signatures and the Idaho First National Bank
as the official city bank.
Discussion of sewer and building permits followed.
The need for adding a new seyer line for Eagle Hills in
the future was discussed.
Willis Coffin's request for a beer license was denied.
The Rick Paulton Sanitations Contract was tabled for the
present.
A motion was made and passßd to change the meeting date
to the second Monday of the month.
Since all city ordinances had not been processed by
the City Attorney, there was no action taken on them at this
time.
The meeting adjorned at 9PM.
