Resolution - 2014 - 14-11 - Establish A Fun Run Fee Schedule For Fun Runs Coordinated By The Eagle Parks/Recreation Department - 04/22/2014 RESOLUTION NO. 14-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING A FUN RUN FEE SCHEDULE FOR FUN RUNS COORDINATED BY THE EAGLE PARKS AND RECREACTION DEPARTMENT; AND THOSE RUNS IN WHICH THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT IS A PARTNER AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council desire to establish a fee to assist in offsetting the cost associated with fun runs; these costs include, but are not limited to, administrative staff time, merchant fees, promotional materials associated with the fun runs, and maintenance costs;. WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for such fees has been published in The Valley Times as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows: Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby establishes a fun run fee (see Exhibit A) Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
