A special meeting was called by Má6r otis Young March 22, 1971
at 7 :30 PM.
All councilmen were present.

Mr. Robert M. Ro~on, Eagle City Attorney was present to help
council members decide things to do first as a city.
Liquer by the drink was discussed.
Attorney Robson said that
Eagle should have a licensed city engineer.
The mayor asked Mr.
Robson to form city ordinances as the first order of business.
need for a city inspector and his duties were discussed.

Local improvement development was discussed in general.
No motions or resolutions were passed at this time.
The meeting
adjorned at 9:10 PM.
