The council meeting Has called to oreier at 8 p.n. by
Mayor Otis YounG.
Present Here all members of the city council:
Roy Cullen, LeRoy Pearman, Elr.1er Bacus, J. Marvin Adams.
Ed Simr;¡err;¡an, executive manager of the ¡,S socia tion of Idaho
Cities Has present, and presented the council copies of Title 50
of the Idaho Code, relating to municipal corporations.
He dis-
cussed various points of the code that concerned obli¡;ations of
the city officials.
Discussion Has held on farm property included in the city
whose owners wanted to withdraw.
Hr. Simmerman said that such
action may be taken by ordinance, with the property ffivners to
pay the cost of publishing the leßal notices of the ordinances.
Discussion was also held with Harold Hoßan of the Eagle Hills
lGrolf';Course, VIho indicated his desire for the property to be
annexed to the city, and VIho also discussed the possibility of
the city obtaining the municipal water supply from the Eagle
Hills subdivision.
It was also noted that other area subdivis-
ions wished to be annexed by the city.
No formal action was taken on the matters, and the meeting
was adjòunned/
