REGULAR èĹ’ETING OF JULY 10, 1972

The regular meeting of the Eagle city council met
at 7;30PM July 10, 1972 at the Eagle I.ibrary.
Present
were "'ayor Adams and Councilmen Taylor, Bacus and Pearman.
The minutes of the June meetings were read and
approved.
'1eeting with the council Wa!FC. Lee Rose of
Richard B. Smith Realty.
Mr. Rose submitted a preliminary
sketch of a proposed mobile hone park for 52 units.
After
some deliberation of the matter, the council unanimously
passed the following motion to be given to ;~r. Rose in the
form of a letter: that the council would have no objection
tðhðonstruction of an adult mobile home park on the Henke
>
property, contingent on Ada County Planning Boards approval.
The restrb ctions to be established by the Mayor and council
of Eagle;
that the entire frontage of the property on high-
way 44 and 150' deep be zoned for commercial use. Bacus, Pearman
a
'Ir. Robert DeShazo then submitted final platt sketch
known as the Eagle Ranch Subdivision, #1.
A motion made by
Taylor and seconded by Bacus to approve the plat was unanimous-
ly passed.
A letter was read by the '-!ayor from John Hjellum, Atty.
in reference to the Temple-Hood Subdivision.
The council
directed the Mayor to prepare a contract between the city
and Temple Hood.
A letter was read by the Mayor from the State
Attorney General concerning law enforcement.
The 'ffayor announced that his rental house was
available to the city for use as council offices.
The
council requested the Mayor to set a price on the building
in the form of a rent-purchase price with option to buy.

The matter would decided at the August meeting.
Petitions were ~istributed for signatures in the
Eagle area concerning the changing of the amber light to a
red stop light at the intersection of Highway 44 and High-
way 69.
There being no further business to come before the
council, the meeting was adjorned, at 10PM.
