A s~ecial Eagle City Council meeting was held
'{onday r'1ay 22, at 7:30 p't at the Eagle Library.
Present were 'Iayor Adams and Councilmen Young, Bacus,
Pearman, and Taylor.
A motion was made by otis young and seconded
by Elmer Bacus to approve a building permit ($74.00)
to be issued to Bill Taylor for Lot 2 in the M.ssion
Subdivision.
The motion unanimously passed.
A motion was made by Elmer Bacus and seconded
by Leroy Pearman to approve building permit for the
Jerry Potter addition. (~35.00).
The motion unanimously
passed.
Young Bacus
A motion was made and seconded to reimburse
Mayor Adams the amount of $6.30 for map printing.
The
motion passed.
The council then set the cost of reprinting Eagle
City '1aps at $1.50, to be paid by those requesting
future copies.
Discussion followed on the problem of traffic
control through Eagle.
It was decided that Mayor
Adams would contact the State Highway dept. in regard
to a control light for the intersection of North
Eagle Road and State Street.
The Mayor then read letters from the State Dept.
of Health regarding the sewer line on North Eagle
Road; and a letter from the Mayor of Pocatello in
regard to the two-day meeting of the Association of
Idaho Cities, June 22-2..
The meeting was adjorned at 8:45 PM.
