RE~ULAR MEETING APRIL 10, 1972

The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council
was held April 10 at 7:30 P~ at the Eagle Library.
Present were ~ayor Adams and Councilmen Bacus, Taylor,
Young and Pearman.
Appearing before the council was Robert De Shazo
of Eagle Land Co.
~r. De Shazo presented plans known
as the Eagle Ranch Subdivision for the council's
approval. After some deliberation and review of the
ID. Young s. Pearman
plans, a motion was passed to approve request that the
subdivision be annexed to the City of Eagle.
Ordinance ¥11, AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY
~¡OWN AS THE EAGLE RANCH SUBDIVISION, was then read by
the Mayor to the Council.

A movion was passed to change the zoning status
of the Buchanan subdivision from R-2, 2 family dwel-
ling status, to R-3, multiple family dwelling status.
The council then set a public hearing on these
zone changes to be held Monday, May 8th at 8 P~
at the Eagle Library.

conditional use permit
for the property on :-~1 ssion
street (zoned R-2) in the Buchanan subdivision,
( in accordance W~~10 Sec.17).
A motion was passed to pay:
$25.00 on account to Robert Robson, Atty.
160.00 premium to Hawley Insurance Co.
$100.00 on account to Valley-News Times.
A motion was passed that all expenses incurred
in annexations to the city would be paid by the person
or persons being annexed.
