MEETING PURPOSE: The final draft of the Ada County Highway District’s (ACHD) Eagle Road and
State Street Intersection Concept Study will be presented to the ACHD Commissioners for possible adoption
on Wednesday, March 26, 2014.
The ACHD staff recommendation, as endorsed by the City on March 18, 2014, include:
**The roundabout alternative for the Eagle Road and State Street intersection
Focus on Plaza Drive Extension, Aikens Street Extension, Olde Park Place & Aikens Street
Widening/Streetscape, Idaho Street Extension & Olde Park Place Widening/Streetscape
Please note that the Ada County Highway District Commissioners will make the final decision.
The Commission meeting will begin at 6 p.m.; however, this project is one of several agenda items and may
not be the first item discussed. ACHD staff will make a brief presentation followed by an opportunity for
public comment before the Commission takes action.
