The regular meeting of the Eagle City Council
CJet "onday :"arch 13th at 7 :30 P'{ at the Eagle Library.
Present were Mayor Adams, and Councilmen Bacus,
Taylor and Young.
The minutes of the Febrary meeting were read and
approved.
The Clerk reported a balance of $540.96 in
the Treasury.

Under old business, a motion was'passea to accept
the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the 1973 Budget.
The first order of new business was the submit-
tiTI9and council approval of the Hood-Estep development

of the Walker addition. A motion was unanamously passe d
to approve the development.
The Bucky 3ucha~an development was reviewed

and discussed. A motion was passea to approve the
Buchanan development with a written agreement of
specifications between said developer and the City of
Eagle.
Elmer Henke, Eagle contractor appeared before
the council to discuss future development of his pro-
perty.
Discussion of attorney services for the city fol-

lowed. A motion was passed to engage the services of
John O. Fitzgerald, veridian attorney, for the City's
legal council, the set fee to be $25.00 an hour.
The
clerk was instructed to write a letter to '~r. Fitzgerald

to inform~of this action.
There was some discussion about the Suitor subdi-
~ision and its future sewer facilities.
Clifford Stevenson, Engr. of Downing Downs was

appointed to serve as advisor to the Eagle City Zoning

Commission.
The members appointed by the ~Iayor are:

Having no further busines to come before the coun-
cil, the meeting was adjorned at 9:15 P~.
