The regular ~eeting of the City of Eagle was held December
3, 1974 at 7.30 P. M. John Smidt made a motion to approve
the minutes as written. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
A motion was made by John Smidt to approve the November
treasurer's report. LeRoy Pearman seconded the motion.
LeRoy Pearman made a motion to table the application of
~r. Orlando until the ?lanning and Zoning Commission has
made a further study of the ordinance. John Smidt
seconded the motion. Emily DeShazo abstained.
The City Clerk was instructed to write a letter to Jim-Bo's
and the Bank Club advising them that all cities and towns
in Ada County have a standard license fee of $100.00 for
annual licenses for the sale of draft and bottled beer to
be consumed on the premises.
John Smidt made a motion to table any action on Workman's
Compensation insurance until the city's insurance comes
up for renewal in March of 75.
John Smidt made a motion to dispense with the rules and
adopt Ordinance #21, The Interim Appropriation Ordinance
for 1975. Roll call was taken~ Smidt, aye, Pearman
aye, DeShazo, aye. The vote was unanimous.
